Delivery, Return and Refund Policy

1. Product availability

The availability of our products is indicated on each description sheet. It is given for information purposes only and may change depending on stock levels.

If an ordered product is unavailable, you can:

  • Choose immediate shipping of products in stock,
  • Receive a credit corresponding to the amount of the unavailable product.
    The delivery costs for the second shipment will not be charged.

2. Delivery times and methods

Delivery times depend on:

  • of product availability,
  • of the chosen delivery method,
  • of the destination country.

For products marked “in stock,” shipping is within 5 business days maximum, excluding holiday periods or celebrations. A note will be posted on the site in case of additional delay.

Delivery methods offered:

  • Colissimo (La Poste): 3 to 5 working days in mainland France.
  • Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 working days to a relay point in mainland France.

Packages are shipped from France. Arhomie declines all responsibility for delays due to strikes, industrial action, or other events beyond its control.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package. You must ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or missing address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. In this case, the expected delivery times no longer apply. In the event of a refund, only the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

3. Receipt and verification of the package

At reception:

  • Check the condition of the package.
  • If the package is damaged, refuse it or note your reservations on the carrier's delivery note.
  • The risks associated with loss or damage to the products are transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery.

You can track your orders using the tracking tool available on the website. In the event of a delay, Arhomie will inform you by email of the new delivery times.

4. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty, except for return costs.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Incomplete, used or damaged products will not be refunded.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact Arhomie via the contact form or by email at arhomieboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Indicate:
    • Order number
    • First and last name
    • Address
    • Order date
    • Product concerned
    • Reason for complaint (non-compliant, defective or broken item)
  3. Attach a photo of the product in question.
  4. Wait for written validation from Arhomie before returning the product.
    ⚠️ Any return sent without prior written confirmation cannot be refunded.
  5. After validation, return the package to the following address, correctly packaged:

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s), via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The Arhomie company will proceed with the reimbursement within a maximum period of 14 days from the withdrawal, subject to the correct receipt of the returned product(s).
